Build a production product in modules. Phases are implementation sequencing, not prototype scope. The first production release must include repeatable collection, evidence persistence, governed signal review, executive workspace, brief generation, Ask AD context, auth, monitoring, and release verification. Build in standalone repo /Users/justinking/Vaults/Projects/KnowledgeVault; KnowledgeVault is suite context, not the implementation directory. Implementation target is the standalone KnowledgeVault repo; AD CI remains a distinct sellable product module inside that repo.

Turn the standalone KnowledgeVault repo into the complete AD product suite repo before deep AD CI implementation.
- Audit active redk3y/apps/knowledgevault implementation and migrate/reconcile it into standalone KnowledgeVault repo.
- Identify AD SEO implementation source and decide copy/import/link strategy.
- Define suite navigation and shared design/auth/data boundaries.
- Then start AD CI M-00 in the standalone repo.
